Refund policy
Returns
All of our haircare products are not eligible for return or exchange. Due to hygiene and public safety concerns, these products are final sale.
We do have a 3-day return policy for our Upcycled Silk products, which means that a customer has 3 business days after receiving their item to request a return.
To start a return, you must email info@prunebeautysupply.com with the reason for return. Please type the order number and the word "Return" in the subject of the email (ex: "PRUNE#000 Return") The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, without scent and in its original packaging.
After our team reviews the email, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that all shipping fees incurred during returns will be paid by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proof of the damage is required. We do our absolute best to ensure your orders are packed with the ultimate care, but we understand that things happen during transit!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@prunebeautysupply.com.
